TILES TO HONOR JODI BRAHAM

Jodi was a lifelong Judean, ceramicist, and deeply committed member of the CYJ community. Jodi made friends wherever she went. She lived a life of connection, creativity, and service to camp.

To honor her life, we invite you to take part in an artistic and philanthropic project: a ceramic mosaic installation composed of 100 hand-crafted tiles, coming together to form a sweeping image of the Texas Hill Country and Camp Young Judaea. When assembled, the tiles will create a unified mural that reflects both the natural beauty of the Hill Country and the spirit of the camp that has shaped generations of campers and families.

The mural will be permanently installed in the art room of the Jodi Braham Center for Arts, Crafts & Design-Mercaz Omanut.

Each ceramic tile is 6”X6” and is locally hand-glazed by Sheetal Kulkarni of On the Fence Arts. Fewer than 85 remain for sale, so don’t delay! Purchase your tile for $5,000 as a one-time donation or $1,000 a year to be paid over 5 years.
