WHAT WILL THE FOOD BE LIKE?
The idea of eating “camp food” may be conjuring images of mystery meat and kool-aid… not to worry— we do run a retreat business during the year, after all! You’ll love our delicious, well-rounded meals. We keep a kosher kitchen year-round with separate meat and dairy kitchens, but are not overseen by a Mashgiach. Seder @ Camp food will all be Kosher for Passover.
CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT Seder @ CAMP RELIGIOUS PRACTICES?
All of Saturday’s activities will be Shabbat-friendly, but attendants can of course observe Shabbat to their own comfort level in the privacy of their rooms.
The same applies on years when Passover Camp includes the last two holy days of the holiday—our programming will be holiday-friendly in the public areas.
WHAT IS CYJ’S RETREAT REFUND POLICY?
It’s simple and fair! Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the retreat date will be fully refunded minus a non-refundable $25 registration fee per participant. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund. Day of cancellations or no-shows are responsible for 100% of the retreat fees.
