The CYJ Tuition Assistance Fund

In addition to outside organizations, we have our own CYJ Tuition Assistance fund! A few things to keep in mind about this scholarship:

You must complete an application for a CYJ Summer Camp program for this upcoming year prior to submitting the CYJ scholarship application. )If you need assistance in paying the $500 deposit for camp registration, please contact us at .) You can find the scholarship application in your Campfront account, the same place you register for camp (look under ‘Family Forms’).

If you are unable to complete the scholarship application in one session, you will receive an email with a link upon saving. (CYJ does NOT have access to this link.) That said, we recommend completing the application in one session.

Only one application should be submitted per family. You will need to divulge the following information:

• Income from all sources
• Value of bank and investment accounts
• Mortgage amounts
• Tax Returns
• Most recent W2s, 1099s

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and tuition aid will be awarded on basis of need. We have limited scholarship funds available; the earlier you apply, the more likely you are to receive aid. Late applications may not be considered.

We are fortunate to have a volunteer committee who reviews the scholarship applications and allocates the tuition assistance awards. The committee meets each late winter and early spring to look over the applications that have been submitted so far.
